How did the ShapeXpress franchise system grow nation-wide so rapidly?
Unparallel franchise support. When you become a Sedona Fitness Franchisee,
our entire support team is immediately engaged to assist you in every
area of training, staffing, opening, operating, marketing, and membership
sales of your Sedona Fitness Club. We have divided our Sedona Fitness
Franchise Support Team into three departments: (1)Operations Support,
(2) In-House Marketing Support, and (3) Sales & Marketing Support.
When you first join the ShapeXpress – Sedona Fitness family
of Franchisee’s, our Operations Department will be fully engaged
and you will receive comprehensive operations support in all areas
including site selection, lease negotiation, floor plans, club designs,
décor, build-out assistance, build-out negotiations, equipment
setup, delivery and maintenance, club operations, staffing, and much
more. Sedona Fitness will also provide you with our proprietary Club
Management System software and training.
Our dedicated In-House Marketing Team with graphic designers and
marketing specialists supply each franchisee with custom-designed “for
each individual franchise” top-quality marketing, advertising,
and promotional pieces, including flyers, mailers, advertisements,
and brochures, as well as public relations and media relations material.
The Sales and Marketing Support Department is truly a competitive
advantage within our industry. This department is responsible for
ongoing coaching and training of our Franchisees and their employees
on all aspects of membership sales and marketing. As a Sedona Fitness
franchisee you are assigned a Franchise Support Executive from this
department to assist and train you with ongoing (meaning as long
as you are a franchisee and/or need and want support) in all areas
including nutritional product sales, event planning, pricing, promotions
and specials, marketing and advertising campaigns, phone skills,
membership sales, employee training, staffing your club, understanding
the business model and much more.
In addition to our Franchise Support Team,
you can take advantage of our incomparable training. Even if you have little or no experience
owning your own business or fitness club, our comprehensive 5 day
training held at the ShapeXpress – Sedona® Fitness corporate
headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma is the first phase of our ongoing
support program to teach you how to own and operate a successful
Sedona Fitness club. The key to our franchise support is the ongoing
training and support that our 3 Franchise Support Departments provide.
